CHARGE CREATION AND SATISFACTION Home / Blog FILING OF FORM CHG-1 WITH ROC Companies (Amendment) Ordinance,2019 – 12.01.2019 Charges created before 12.01.2019 Charges created on or after 12.01.2019 To be registered within 30days of creation To be registered within 30days of creation Further period of 300 days from the date of creation is allowed Further period of 60 days from the date of creation is allowed with additional Fees 6 months from 12.01.2019 (i.e till July 2019) with additional Fees Further period of 60 days from the date of creation is allowed with advalorem fees SATISFATION OF CHARGE To be filed in Form CHG 4 within 30 days of payment or satisfaction Further 300 days is allowed with additional fees After 300 days, application shall be filed for under the terms mentioned in Section 87 of the Companies Act Circumstances on which application shall be filed under Section 87 uNon filing of Satisfaction of Charge within specified time under Section 82 of the Act or uThe omission or misstatement of any particulars, in any filing previously made to the Registrar with respect to any such charge or modification thereof or with respect to any memorandum of satisfaction or other entry made in pursuance of section 82 or section 83.
