Further she works on Secretarial works such as documentation and preparation of Forms. Finally she is the in charge of billing and payments of our Firm. Ms. Swathy graduated in B.com (Bank management) from Ethiraj College for women and pursuing Associate Company Secretaryship course from Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Her area of excellence were Secretarial Compliances such as Drafting of Resolutions and minutes for meetings, share certificates, statutory registers and filing of E-forms in MCA portal.
